Calendar
Shared calendar for your dependant, with monthly view, filter by person and colours by event type.
Coordination between caregivers
Conditions, medication and emergency contacts for your dependant, in one place, so the whole care team always has the same information.

Each care circle is only seen by the people inside it. Your child's, family member's or dependant's information is never shared outside the circle.
Calendar, health and expenses together, always up to date, so everyone caring for them sees exactly the same information.
Designed from the start for families across two homes, for people caring for an elderly relative, and for teams around someone with special needs.
A child with special needs sees a speech therapist, an occupational therapist and the school's support team, each with their own schedule and recommendations, and the parents end up repeating the same information to every new person involved.
With KinooCare, the routine, medication and each therapist's recommendations live in one place, visible to both parents. The result is less time spent repeating explanations and more confidence that no one is deciding blind.

No. KinooCare organises and shares care information between caregivers; it does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Yes. Each circle only sees its own data, and we test this constantly by trying to access other circles' data ourselves. The attempt always fails. Every connection is encrypted, just like your online banking, and your password is never stored in a readable form.
See the full privacy policyYes, that's the original use case. Both homes see the same calendar, the same health record and the same expenses for your child, so nobody is left out of the picture.
You create a circle around the person being cared for and invite everyone who helps care for them, whether that's the other home, a family member or a hired caregiver. Everyone in the same circle always sees the same information, updated in real time.
There's no public price yet. We're in early access through a waitlist; anyone who requests access is notified as soon as a spot opens up.
It works for all three. There's a profile for coordinating children between homes, one for caring for elderly family members, and one for special needs care teams. Choose your profile at the top of this page.
Because the information stays organised and visible to everyone at the same time, in one place, instead of scattered across old messages or a spreadsheet only one person knows where to find.
See the full comparisonWhoever creates the circle chooses who to invite: the other home, a family member, or a hired caregiver, for example. The only condition is that they actually care for the person in question.
They lose access to that circle's information. Like any other change, the removal is recorded (who made it and when), so nothing happens without a trace.
No. The site and the app are available in Portuguese and English; you can switch languages at any time from the page header.
There isn't a dedicated mobile app in the app stores yet. Until then, KinooCare works through your phone's browser, on any system.
Account deletion happens in the KinooCare app itself, not on this site. Once it's done, your data is no longer accessible to the other members of your circles.
