Why KinooCare exists

Caring for someone rarely happens alone. It usually involves more than one person: both homes after a separation, a child and grandchildren coordinating around an elderly relative, or a team of therapists, teachers and caregivers around someone with special needs. And in most cases, that information ends up scattered: messages lost in a WhatsApp history, a notebook in each home, a spreadsheet only one person knows where to find, things that only live in the memory of whoever remembered to mention them in time.

KinooCare brings that information together in one place, visible to everyone involved in care: the calendar, health status and medication, shared expenses, the documents and agreements that usually get lost among old emails. Everyone inside a person's care circle sees the same information, always up to date, without having to ask around or trust that someone remembered to mention it.

Caring for a child between two homes, an elderly family member across several caregivers, or someone with special needs across a wider team are different situations, but the underlying problem is the same: information that needs to reach everyone, at the same time, without getting lost along the way. That's why KinooCare wasn't built for just one of these cases. It was built for all three.
